7 May 2025 California coastal cruise onboard the Royal Princess. (San Diego, San Francisco, & Victoria BC.), hotel in Vancouver, and then Sapphire Princess to Alaska!

Next stop Alcatraz! It’s Robbin’s first visit to the Rock.

Victoria, BC, home of the most beautiful garden in the world, the Butchart Garden.

Also visited the Victoria Butterfly Garden

The Butterfly Garden is also home to a special Great Green Macaw parrot which has green rather than yellow on his wings. His name is Little E.

    Cant believe you’ve never been to Alcatraz. Its been so long ago that I went I dont even remember it much. May not get to view it much longer if they make it into another prison again soon. Some nice pics of SF.

      It was creepy but cool. Glad I went. I doubt it would ever be a prison again as it was too expensive to run in 1963! …don’t hold your breath.

      I didn’t actually do it. It was really early in the morning. We just made a quick stop to see the seals, walked through the “tourist” area and went back to catch our Alcatraz tour. I thought it looked cool. I didn’t realize you could play music until after I left and was looking at the picture. 🙄😬😗 What sound does a letter D make? …Duh! 😟😆🎹
