We left Copper River traveling by bus to Valdez & then catamaran to Whitter, AK

Catamaran from Valdez to Whitter. Barry & I rode on the catamaran before. We took their 26 Glaciers tour in 2018, after disembarking a 29 day Asia cruise! It was fun with lots of wildlife. This time it was too foggy to see much. We did pass by several “rafts” of otters. Pretty cool. They really are cute.

Stepped onboard the Majestic Princess at 1PM. Went to lunch at the pizzeria in the Piazza. Checked out our stateroom, R731, then unpacking! I have gotten pretty darn good at living out of my suitcase, after changing lodgings every other day for 10 days. Yet, I still unpacked. Go figure!

After the first hotel on the 10 day land tour, I sent my carry-on bag (with all the stuff I won’t need, like formal wear etc) to the ship. So, I had less stuff to contend with. Most guests did this. Now onboard the ship with one checked bag and the carry-on, I have an plenty of stuff! 😅😅😅

This is after I had packed for Alaska in advance, came back a week later and removed 1/2 the clothes! I brought only 7 tops and 4 pants! Remember, no one is thinking about you as much as you are! Yes I did bring a few other items for formal nights etc. We were able to do our laundry a little more than halfway through the land tour. Plus we have free laundry onboard! We are elite! 😎😎😎
